Every year, our office conducts departmental Gender Study Group sessions with the objective of discussing a topic related to Gender and Development, which is currently an issue or challenge faced by each of us, or at least the majority. The aim is to engage in conversations about various measures, laws, and guidelines that can contribute to addressing these issues. Additionally, this program aims to foster camaraderie among colleagues, as well as provide a space for learning and enjoyment. These sessions provide an opportunity for personal growth and learning.
