- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. chopped celery
For the Sauce:
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 Knorr cube (shrimp flavor)
- 1 slice of red bell pepper
- 2 long chili peppers
