Ingredients:

1 Cucumber
1 Whole Garlic
1 Onion
2 tbsp of Oyster Sauce

Here’s a detailed guide on how to prepare this delicious side dish:

  1. Start by washing the cucumber thoroughly under running water. Then, using a sharp knife, slice the cucumber into thin rounds or julienne strips, depending on your preference. Set aside.
  2. Peel the whole garlic and finely mince it. Similarly, peel the onion and chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a frying pan or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until they turn golden brown and aromatic, then set aside.
